+ ADD: Added option FORMULA_FONTSIZE which can be used to change the font size
of the formulas included in the HTML documentation.
+ ADD: Added option IDL_PROPERTY_SUPPORT to enable/disable special

+ CHG: Included spec file updates by Kenneth Porter.
