I claim no rights to the knowledge as it's regularly documented but
I'll take the praise coz I don't often get that teehee!

If you ain't already a member it may be worth you joining the TH-F6
group.  Much of the info doesn't apply coz it's about stateside
aftermarket stuff but there is a lot of crossover.

I would however recommend that you opt for read only mail or daily
digest as the activity level is way higher than the 7 group and its
easier to skim out the chaf in digest mode.

Glad you're sorted for now and enjoy the set. I haven't mentioned for
a while but they do work quite well on HF RX in the car if you have a
decent band specific antenna....but only if you're riding shotgun. 
The controls are way too small if you're at the helm. They really are
kinda cool!
