Thanks for the replies and sorry for the delay in my reply. To confirm I have now bought a new replacment keypad membrane and also the rubber protective cover that protects the external speaker, microphone and power connector. These were delivered within a week of ordering them. I ordered the parts from W&S here in the UK and the parts were in stock. The total cost was about 12 UK pounds.
