Subject: SMA Connector

Just discovered that the pin of my SMA adapter has broken off in the SMA connector of the radio. Before I take the radio apart, can someone tell me if it would be possible to get at the connector and push the pin out (if it is not sealed that is) and can anyone suggest a UK source for these connectors please?
