I just purchased my TH-F6 about 2 months ago, I really enjoy it. I have been using the Pryme speaker/mic also. The reports that I get are that the built in mic has more high frequency response and sounds better, but the Pryme is close. The speaker is also a bit flat, but still good value for the price. As Kit mentioned, it does have an extra speaker/earpiece jack which is very convenient.

I think I paid ~$25 for it at Fry's electronics.

Hi,

I have been using the Pryme speaker mic. for a few years that I bought at Jun's.
It has good strong construction, great mic audio, and pretty good RX audio too.
I think it cost much less than the Kenwood.

No channel buttons or anything, but it has an external speaker jack on the bottom.
