Check with the folks at the All Ohio Scanner Club, they usually have a booth at Hamvention.
 
You want to look for the Montgomery County Trunked System among other things....

Has anyone made available the frequencies for the Dayton area --
whatever public service freqs have survived digital, plus area
repeaters, etc.?  The HamVention is coming up next week !!!
