Hi Jeff,

Something like that happens to me, too.  For example, here in Santa Barbara, California, I will typically scan the repeaters on the "A" band and the public safety frequencies on the "B" band.  Occasionally, if the "B" band picks up a transmission, the "A" stops on one particular repeater frequency, causing me to hear NOAA radio on the "A" band channel.

I think this is only the effects of how the intermediate frequencies in the two receivers interact with each other.

Subject: [TH-F6A] Receiver hears multiple frequencies

I recently picked up a new TH-F6A to play with. I've noticed that when
I have a UHF repeater on both the A and B bands (different repeaters) I
also receive a few other repeater frequencies. Turning off either the
A or B band (switching to single receive) stops this right away.

I live in the Seattle area (eastside) and we have quite a few repeaters
on mountain tops which we can work with a wet noodle, so signals are
quite strong.

I'm curious if anyone else experienced similiar behavior on their TH-
F6a or have any resolution for this. I can provide receiver
frequenices and also what frequenices can be heard if it helps.

Thanks
Jeff
