Hello Everybody, I'm the new girl on the block with my new TH-F6A. I joined this group hoping to learn how to use this ht the proper way and to get useful information from the good people of this group. My call sign is KB6NDC,I been in Ham Radio for over 10 years and still enjoying it. This radio has a lot of bells and whistles which I love,(I'm a gadget nut)plus it's the first tribander I ever owned. I heard of some people having problems with the charging systems but the Pros out way the Cons. I wish Kenwood made this radio with a drop in charger. I know I can get an after market battery pack with the charging contacts on the outside but what kind of drop in charger unit do I use? Can any body out there help me with this also what's a good after market tri-band antenna to use? Thank you for having me in the group.
