Looks like Oracle 10.1.0.3 is officially certified for Solaris 10 now though with a few details (needed are: patch 4186426, packages: SUNWuiu8 or SUNWuiux, and the installer has to be run with -ignoreSysPrereqs): http://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/certify/cert_matrices2.addtl_info?p_version_id=6062&p_product_line_id=173&p_os_version=10&p_status_id=1&p_srv_version_id=949&p_cli_version_id=0&p_certification_no=55791&p_release_no=11401&p_html_source=1 As for the 10.1.0.4 patchset, it isn't yet available for Solaris 10 x86 or SPARC, but the Solaris 10 SPARC patchset is coming "tentatively" during the second week of April.
