I'd suggest creating /appl, /module and /dis directories below your /trunk,
checkin the .dis files, then someone checking out your project from svn can
bind the names into their own namespace. they can rebuild within the
limbo-power project without your files being added to other project
workspaces, such as inferno-os.

having said that, I created inferno-lab on code.google.com for the inferno
programmer's notebook, without using this scheme. but i think it's a good
idea, and may rework things.
