I have mostly rewritten jabberd2's mio subsystem and added epoll support for
Linux 2.6+. The patch is quite large because I have slightly changed the mio
interface (to better fit the epoll interface).

Unfortunately, it's mostly untested - I have setup a Jabber server on my
home computer and had it running for a few minutes there... (but I can't
test it on my own little cmeerw.org server, because that machine doesn't
support epoll yet).
