Then you should be aware that dropping suspend2.2-rc14 from 2.6.14.3
makes in-kernel swsusp start working again. I'm booting with
'resume=/dev/hda1 resume2=swap:/dev/hda1', fwiw.

As I said before, it looks like swsusp gets confused somehow during
resume and suspends again. Then the second resume panics.
