1 - WinCe Image
You can find all WinCe ROM Image on the HP ftp Site :

Depending on your language, pick the softpack.exe you need :

2 - Recovering
I use this method last night (maybe it was this morning) to recover from 
a failling LAB installation : Done the two d2s backup, flahsin Lab and 
then could'n't boot again.

After severals attemps to restore the backup (contact-poweroff-reset -> 
flashing -> 100% OK CheckSum ok, and then ....nothing, s2d from CF Card, 
), i've had a look a the handelds.org list (It' always helpfull to see 
that you're not alone in this bricked world...)

So, I try to upgrade with the WinCe Rom upgrade, and then it works !!

First : kill the wcescomm.exe process, plug the iPaq on the USB Cradle, 
start the upgrade process.
Note that After a While, it will ask you if you want to upgrade ROM from 
<Blank> version to 1.10 !
Answer yes, it can't be worst.

3 - Conclusion : now that i have rollback method, i'll try again with Lab.
