Subject: [Bug 6122] [kernel] kernel freeze Newsgroups: gmane.linux.mandrake.cooker.devel Date: 2003-10-10 11:50:05 GMT (5 years, 38 weeks, 2 days and 24 minutes ago) http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6122 ------- Additional Comments From cpjc <at> free.fr 2003-10-10 13:50 ------- Bonjour Jérémie, one thing you should do before posting a bug is to check if it has not been reported yet. In your case, looking for "webcam" in qa.mandrakesoft.com gives 5 answers which seem to be the same problem, probably due to snd-usb-audio module.. If it's the case, try to put snd-usb-audio in /etc/hotplug/blacklist and check if it's ok. I use the same kernel as you with a Logitech 3000, and now it works...
