Why taking it against arch teams? How is that different from "certain maintainer not taking care of a bug that holds stabilization of certain package by some time measured in months" ? I'll tell you my answer: 'no difference at all'. Note that I'm probably responsible for some real situations related to what I said both as an ebuild maintainer and as an arch developer. So nobody should take this as slacker-calling since we are all VOLUNTEERS and we do what we want.
