If you want WPA in the client side, you need wpa_supplicant.  If Red Hat
does not package it, you'll need to install it from source.  There is an
example configuration file in the sources.

Be warned that Red Hat and even the latest Fedora don't integrate WPA
support with the "ifcfg" mechanism from initscripts.  You may need to
write a local script to start wpa_supplicant on boot.  An alternative is
to use NetworkManager, but I doubt that your version of Red Hat has it.
