I believe you are missing the "kernel-headers" package.  Install it by
running "yum install kernel-headers"

/usr/include/bits/errno.h comes from glibc-headers, which depends on
kernel-headers, so perhaps you have some unresolved dependencies.  It's
also possible that /usr/include/linux/errno.h was removed somehow
without rpm knowing it.  Then you'll need to remove the installed
"kernel-headers" package first with "rpm -e --nodeps kernel-headers" and
then reinstall it.
