Hi,
Can you try the following
1) Add multicast routes on both sender and receiver
route add -net 224.0.0.0 netmask 240.0.0.0 dev "Ifacename"
2) If the above doesnot work,
Try setting the multicast filter to 1 in the madwifi code.
