Try loading ath_pci manually: "modprobe ath_pci". Use "dmesg" to check kernel messages for possible errors. Try uninstalling MadWifi that comes with Ubuntu to avoid conflicts. Run "lsmod" to make sure that ath5k is not loaded. If it's loaded, remove it with "rmmod ath5k". I'm not using Ubuntu; it's just generic suggestions. -- Regards, Pavel Roskin ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ |
