I test several Madwifi with different HAL with Chariot TCP throughput test.

(A)madwifi-hal-0.10.5.6  (branch) -->17Mbps
(B)madwifi-hal-0.9.30.13 (trunk)  -->9Mbps
(C)madwifi-hal-0.9.18.0  (release 0.9.4) -->21Mbps

It seems HAL dominates the performance.
