Subject: Why is my Wireless chip not supported?

I have a ASUS F5SL notebook and my WLAN works only with this snapshot:
http://snapshots.madwifi.org/special/madwifi-ng-r3366 + ar5007.tar.gz

And this download no longer works. Fortunately, I got this snapshot from someone per mail.

But unfortunately it does not work with 2.6.26, so I patched this snapshot painful for 2.6.26. Then works the WLAN fine. But unfortunately I deleted the patched version.

Therefore, I wanted to ask whether it is once again a new snapshot, which supports my Wi-Fi chip + 2.6.26. A current trunk-checkout doesn't work with my WLAN chip.

My dmesg:
ath_hal: module license 'Proprietary' taints kernel.
