hello!

i just merged the madwifi BSD branch back to the HEAD (MAIN) branch. we will 
continue to work on madwifi and port changes from FreeBSD in the HEAD branch. 
the BSD branch is deprecated as of now, everybody who is working with the BSD 
branch, please update your repositories and switch to HEAD. 

the main branch got new version numbers as well:
wlan: 0.8.6.0 (EXPERIMENTAL)
ath_pci: 0.9.6.0 (EXPERIMENTAL)

this brings a lot of features to the standard madwifi driver, including:
  - ad-hoc mode
  - power save mode
  - ad-hoc demo mode (pseudo ibss)
  - pure g mode (only allow G clients)
  - fixes for WPA
  - preparations for WME (untested)
  - and a lot of other bugfixes

we believe that this version works a lot better than the old version which was 
previously in HEAD, but we are also sure that there are still a lot of 
bugs ;) contributions and developers welcome :)

if you want to retrieve the version before the merge you can checkout "-r 
before_BSD_merge".
