Gmane
From: Dan Jacobson <jidanni <at> jidanni.org>
Subject: Bug#397229: libdbd-xbase-perl/FAQ.gz: duplication
Newsgroups: gmane.linux.debian.devel.bugs.general
Date: Sunday 5th November 2006 18:50:45 UTC (over 10 years ago)
Package: libdbd-xbase-perl
Version: 1:0.241-3
Severity: wishlist

Hmmm,
/usr/share/perl5/XBase/FAQ.pod
/usr/share/man/man3/XBase::FAQ.3pm.gz
/usr/share/doc/libdbd-xbase-perl/FAQ.gz
surely at least the latter is a repeated waste of file space. Just
mention do man XBase::FAQ in README.Debian.

P.S., run XBase.3pm.gz etc., every doc file in fact, through spell(1).

man dbf_dump still shows "DBFDUMP(1p)" without the '_'.
man dbf_dump should add SEE ALSO index_dump(1p) and visa versa.

Hmm, _ is also gone in index_dump(1p)
also there,
--debug output record separator (default newline)
looks like a mistake.
