Subject: OCLC New Policy down after one day?

Hi all, I remember seeing the new OCLC policy (http://www.oclc.org/worldcat/catalog/policy/policy.htm ) yesterday, but now it's down today. Anyone know what specifically happened to cause them to take it down so fast?
