Highland Park BBQ sauce: 3/4 - 1 Tbl dried, minced onion 1 1/2 cup kethup 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup white granulated sugar 2 Tbl yellow mustard 2 Tbl worcestershire sauce salt and black pepper, to taste Combine the above ingredients into a non-reactive sauce pan. Bring to a boil, and cut the heat to a slow simmer. Stir often. Reduce until relatively thick. Great on ribs or chicken.
