The files ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2006a.tar.gz and ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2006a.tar.gz are now available. These reflect the changes circulated on the time zone mailing list on 2006-01-20 by Paul Eggert (in particular, Indiana time zone moves); they also reflect an addition to the zic manual page to describe how special-case transitions are handled. The versions above do NOT reflect 64-bit changes; the current (unchanged) plan is for those changes to show up on U. S. Presidents' Day (2006-02-20). --ado
