Dag, I was looking at refactoring the signature embeding transform as
you suggested. But using the 'arg_entries' in 'local_scope' do not
seems to provide all the stuff needed to avoid the special cases I had
to handle in my former implementation. Unless I'm missing something, I
believe the current approach more or less works fine and I'm not sure
that the refactoring will pay too much.
