Subject: QT4_CREATE_MOC_COMMAND and its argument list in 2.8.12

While packaging CMake 2.8.12 on FreeBSD I've noticed that Stephen's
commit 9ce60ff5 (Qt4Macros: Allow specifying a TARGET in invokations of
macros) changed the number of arguments required by the
QT4_CREATE_MOC_COMMAND macro.

On the one hand, this causes some packages that use this macro directly
to fail to build successfully; on the other hand, this macro is not
documented in FindQt4.cmake and could be considered internal. Is this
the case, or was it an oversight?
