This is most likely a hung RTC - remove the battery and then put it back
again to fully reset the RTC chip.

Hello all,
maybe someone has the same problem.

My problem is/was the hwclock.
It hangs during a reboot or shutdown. => 97% cpu load.
A reboot takes ~ 1 h. :(

I removed from /etc/init.d the hwclock.sh for the
moment. Instead i use ntp.

Maybe the Battery is empty, i will check it later.
Or i have a SW bug.
