Follow up on my earlier request for comments regarding external library 
support. I'm posting the various external libs support I've written in 
the past few weeks. This are all in support of a project I'm working on 
so they are a bit limited in the testing behind them. They all follow 
the same declaration interface and I think the guidelines I posted about 
earlier. For now I just uploaded them to the vault 
<http://boost-consulting.com/vault/index.php?directory=Tools/Build/grafik>.

Note, I still strongly believe we should keep such library support out 
of the BBv2 core. Including moving out some of the lib support that is 
currently in BBv2. The QT support comes to mind.
