I've uploaded a "how-to do testing with Rails" for those curious about
writing tests (for Ruby & Rails).  It's more catered to getting
started, but i do cover some of the new goodies that were injected
into 0.8.

There's still a few more chapters I need to write, but feel free to
drop me a line regarding errata &&|| testing topics you'd like to see.
