Subject: Patch: Better icons for Windows

Hi,

As part of my redevelopment of WinHugs, I recreated the Hugs icons,
with larger sizes (48x48) and higher quality. GHC still uses the old
icons, so here is a patch to change the icon for GHCi to the newly
developed icon.

To see the old and the new icons side by side at the 3 relevant sizes
for Windows, go to:
http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~ndm/temp/hugs-icons.png
- the old one
is on the left, the new one is on the right.

I also developed new icons for the document icon - see the first line
of this file: http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~ndm/projects/winhugs/winhugs-icons.png
. This document icon is not in the main darcs repo, I guess it is
included when the installer stuff is built. Could the document icon be
replaced for this new one? I have put both icons in a zip file:
http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~ndm/temp/hugs-icons.zip
.

The document icon is probably more important, because if GHC is
installed after Hugs it replaces the .hs file association and changes
the icon back to the old one, which is not as nice looking. There
should probably be some cooperation between GHC and Hugs to not
trample the .hs and .lhs file association of the other program - if
the person who is responsible for the GHC installer could email me,
I'd be happy to sort this out from the Hugs side.

Thanks

Neil
