I don't know if it qualifies as "full-fledged", but here's a demo
version of the editor I hacked together about a year ago for designing
our street skating routes. Having just bought a new Forerunner 305,
my motivation to work on it again has grown a bit in recent days - so,
GPX compatibility coming any time now.
I call it "demo" because it's on a different host and working on a
backup copy of the data, but it's otherwise as fully functional as the
one we use in real life to produce the routes at http://www.lfns.co.uk/
- and you can see the routes we've been skating this year
