Hi Florian,

I have been hoping that someone qualified would step up to the plate and 
finish 0.8.3.  It has not happened so, I will take care of it.  It may not be 
at a rapid speed, as I have other commitments, but it will get done.

I was hoping to get the kernel project back on track before tackling familiar.  
It is no problem, I can multitask.
