After msysCORE-1.0.18-1 update (presumably) msys-make doesn't work
right anymore. It would randomly go into looping state (make.exe
consumes 100% of one CPU core, and the build stops).

Threads and backtraces (made by gdb) are attached

Tried replacing msys-1.0.dll with msys-1.0-debug.dll, but with that
library the software that is being built does not even pass the
autoreconf step (something, most likely - bash, stackdumps a few
times, and autoreconf fails).

Replacing msys-1.0.dll with the one from 1.0.17 fixes everything
(well, i get some other, unrelated problems with new ld, but that is
besides the point).
