I just put up a tarball of PyGTK 2.7.4on ftp.gnome.org, it can be
fetched from:

once the mirrors have synced correctly.

What's new since 2.7.3?
- Container.do_forall implementable in subclasses (Johan)
- Bug fixes (John Finlay, Christian Persch, Christopher Allion,
Johan, Gustavo)
- Build fixes (Stepan Kasal, John Ehresman, Johan)
This is the last release before 2.8.0, which is expected in about a week.
The main improvements for this release are win32 build fixes and the
addition of do_forall in gtk.Container, which makes it possible to implement
real containers in PyGTK, this is an API addition, which shouldn't be so
surprising since forall has been present since Gtk+ 1.x.
