Subject: Bug report hints

When reporting a bug, 0install displays the confirmation response from
the server in a dialog box. It occurred to me that we could
string-match on the bug report and send hints back here for common
problems.

I've implemented the following rules for now:

Reports containing "gpg: no writable keyring found" generate the reply

Hint: Check the permissions and ownership of your ~/.gnupg directory.
It should be owned by your user (not root), and have permissions
rwx------.

Reports including "Fedora release 20" give

Note: The official Fedora 20 package of 0install has been compiled
without
D-BUS support. Therefore, 0install will not be able to find missing
packages
that are only provided by the distribution. You will need to install
these
    manually for now. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1103476

In addition, if a Fedora 20 report also contains
"http://dispcalgui.hoech.net", it
adds:

dispcalGUI users should do 'yum install numpy wxPython'
