There are two users and passwords you must enter in the setup wizard. One is the opencms connection that must have full permissions on the opencms database, the other one you are entering wrongly is a sysdba or sysoper username and password needed by the setup to create tables, indexes and so. Get a username and password with enough permissions and try again. Hope this helps. Greetings,
