A new pre-release has been uploaded to the homepage and is now available 
for download. In the best of worlds this should be mostly the same as the 
coming stable release, there are no known bugs left to fix. Thus with some 
testing this should likely be possible to call stable.

Changes as compared with the latest pre-release are:

* Persistance finished. Now works on a per-question basis (patch from BugAnt)
* Now possible to override language on a per-survey basis via the LANGUAGE 
parameter of the SURVEY tag.
* Fixed bug where duplicate variable names would not be detected in a 
survey chain.
* Fixed bug where uniqueness on both axes in a MATRIX would not be 
correctly detected
* Fixed bug so that auth via GET parameter now works
* Session variable dynamics now use {_ for syntax rather than {£
* Updated swedish translation
* Updated german translation (Michael Waider)
* Updated italian translation (BugAnt)
