This is just an intermediary release, with Martin Ertl's patch as its main 
focus. I feel that the removal of the forward-page ugliness is important 
enough to warrant a new release.

Apart from that, this release includes CVS code for including the whole 
submit message inside a survey file.

There's a link to the tarball on the download page, and I will announce 
the release more formally on the web this afternoon.

I have installed this code as the standard system on the gathering server, 
so if you want to see how the new forwarding style looks in practise, just 
try one of the multipage examples, such as:
